ESPT Exchange Service Terms (USDC Payouts)

By using the ESPT Exchange service to convert your ESPT into a payout in USDC (cryptocurrency), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please ensure you meet all the requirements listed below before submitting an order.

1. Eligibility Requirements

To use the ESPT Exchange service for USDC payouts, you must:

• Have a valid and active E-sport Pass service.

• Have a sufficient amount of ESPT required for the selected payout option.

• Have your E-sport Pass code and PIN (provided when purchasing the E-sport Pass service).

• Have a cryptocurrency wallet that supports USDC (for example, Binance, Bybit, or another compatible wallet).

The E-sport Pass service ensures that your ESPT tokens can be properly converted. Before placing an order, please make sure that:

• Your E-sport Pass is active and valid.

• You have enough ESPT available in your account.

• You provide the correct E-sport Pass code and PIN.

• You provide a valid USDC wallet address on a supported network, as specified during the order process.

Failure to meet these conditions may result in your order not being processed.

2. Order Processing Time

Depending on:

• The time at which you submit your order, and

• Your time zone,

the processing of your order may take from 1 to 24 hours.

You will be notified of a successfully completed order via the email address you provided.

3. Unsuccessful Transactions

Your USDC payout request may not be processed in the following cases:

• You do not have a valid E-sport Pass service.

• You do not have the required amount of ESPT to purchase the selected service.

• You did not provide, or provided an incorrect E-sport Pass code or PIN.

• The use of your ESPT has been suspended (for example, due to violations or other reasons determined by ESVO).

• Important: You provided an incorrect USDC wallet address.

• Important: You selected an incorrect or unsupported network for the USDC transfer.

If any of the points marked as Important are provided incorrectly and, as a result, the USDC does not reach your cryptocurrency wallet, the ESPT used for that transaction will not be refunded.

No separate notification is sent regarding an unsuccessful transaction. If you believe an error has occurred or have questions about a specific transaction, you (the customer) may contact us within no more than 14 days using the contact details provided below.

Attention!

Make sure that the receiving platform supports USDC and the network you select for the withdrawal.
If you are unsure, please consult the receiving platform before confirming the exchange – choosing the wrong network may result in the permanent loss of your cryptocurrency.

BSC BNB Smart Chain (BEP20) – 0 USDC, ETH Ethereum (ERC20) – 3 USDC, SOL Solana – 1 USDC, MATIC Polygon PoS – 0.05 USDC, BASE Base – 0.22 USDC, ARBITRUM Arbitrum One – 0.19 USDC, XLM Stellar Network – 1 USDC, AVAXC Avax C-Chain – 0.21 USDC, OPTIMISM Optimism – 0.019 USDC, SUI Sui – 0.1 USDC, RON Ronin – 0.2 USDC, NEAR Near Protocol – 0.2 USDC, ALGO Algorand – 1 USDC, ZKSYNCERA zkSync Era – 0.076 USDC, STATEMINT Asset Hub (Polkadot) – 0.7 USDC.
