IMPORTANT PURCHASE NOTICE

By purchasing an ESVO Esports Pass, you are purchasing a digital access product. The Esports Pass code and PIN may be delivered immediately after payment. Once the code and PIN are delivered and/or activated, the Esports Pass is non-refundable to the extent permitted by applicable law.

By completing the purchase, you agree to these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, the Legal Notice, and applicable Tournament Rules.

1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of www.esvo.gg (“Website”) and all services, digital products, esports features, tournaments, rankings, Esports Passes, access codes, PIN codes, prize eligibility features, and related services provided under the ESVO name (“Services”).

1.3. For the purposes of these Terms, “ESVO”, “we”, “us”, “our”, “Website”, “Platform”, and “Services” refer to the operator of www.esvo.gg.

1.4. Any person who visits the Website, purchases an Esports Pass, registers for a tournament, uses ESVO features, or participates in ESVO activities (“User”, “Customer”, or “Participant”) confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

1.5. If the User does not agree with these Terms, the User must not use the Website, purchase an Esports Pass, register for tournaments, or participate in ESVO activities.

2. Nature of ESVO

2.1. ESVO is an independent esports platform created for competitive gaming, player rankings, team rankings, esports tournaments, digital access features, and skill-based online competitions.

2.2. ESVO is currently intended for World of Tanks players from the following game regions:

  • Europe / EU;

  • North America / NA;

  • Asia / ASIA.

2.3. Availability of ESVO features, tournaments, prizes, payment methods, payout methods, and support may differ depending on the User’s country, region, age, legal eligibility, payment provider restrictions, tournament rules, and applicable law.

3. Independence from Wargaming

3.1. ESVO is an independent esports platform.

3.2. ESVO is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, approved by, maintained by, operated by, or officially connected with Wargaming Group Limited, Wargaming.net, World of Tanks, or any related Wargaming entity, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by Wargaming.

3.3. Any reference to World of Tanks, Wargaming, Wargaming.net, related logos, names, game assets, trademarks, player statistics, clan information, or other related materials is used only for identification, informational, compatibility, tournament, esports, and community-related purposes.

3.4. Wargaming is not responsible for any ESVO tournaments, Esports Passes, prizes, payments, payouts, rankings, player disputes, platform decisions, digital services, or any other activities carried out by ESVO.

3.5. World of Tanks, Wargaming, Wargaming.net, and related trademarks, logos, names, game assets, and copyrighted materials are the property of Wargaming Group Limited and/or its affiliates.

3.6. ESVO does not claim ownership of any Wargaming intellectual property.

3.7. This project is unofficial and is not endorsed by Wargaming.

4. Definitions

4.1. Esports Pass means a paid digital access product that may provide access to specific ESVO features, eligibility for certain prize categories, tournament-related benefits, premium ranking eligibility, access codes, PIN codes, or other benefits described on the Website.

4.2. Pass Code means a digital code issued to the User after purchase of an Esports Pass.

4.3. PIN Code means a confidential digital PIN issued together with or in connection with the Esports Pass.

4.4. Tournament means an ESVO-organized or ESVO-supported esports competition governed by specific tournament rules.

4.5. Prize means any reward offered in connection with a tournament, including cryptocurrency, PayPal payout, in-game reward, voucher, physical item, sponsor-provided reward, or other announced reward.

4.6. Digital Product means any digital content, digital service, access code, PIN code, account feature, ranking feature, or other non-physical item supplied through ESVO.

4.7. Consumer means a natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft, or profession.

5. Account and User Information

5.1. ESVO may allow use of certain Services without a registered account. However, some Services may require registration, email verification, game account identification, region selection, Esports Pass activation, or additional information.

5.2. The User must provide accurate, current, and complete information when using ESVO Services.

5.3. The User is responsible for maintaining access to their email account, ESVO account where applicable, game account, Pass Code, PIN Code, and any other credentials used in connection with ESVO.

5.4. ESVO is not responsible for loss of access caused by incorrect email address, lost credentials, user error, spam filters, third-party account restrictions, or unauthorized disclosure of codes caused by the User.

6. Esports Pass

6.1. ESVO may offer an Esports Pass as a fixed-term digital access product.

6.2. An Esports Pass may provide access to selected ESVO features, including but not limited to:

  • eligibility for real-world prize categories;

  • Esports Pass tournament benefits;

  • access code and PIN code activation;

  • premium ranking eligibility;

  • premium tournament categories;

  • player or team badges;

  • priority registration, where available;

  • special platform features;

  • other benefits described on the Website at the time of purchase.

6.3. The exact benefits of an Esports Pass may vary depending on the selected plan, season, tournament, event, region, and platform availability.

6.4. Purchasing an Esports Pass does not guarantee:

  • winning any prize;

  • receiving any specific ranking;

  • qualifying for any specific tournament;

  • receiving any financial return;

  • receiving any cryptocurrency gain;

  • receiving any PayPal payout;

  • being selected for any team;

  • receiving any benefit not expressly listed at the time of purchase.

6.5. An Esports Pass is a digital access product. It is not a lottery ticket, gambling product, betting product, investment product, financial instrument, crypto asset investment, or guarantee of reward.

7. Esports Pass Plans and Prices

7.1. ESVO may offer the following Esports Pass plans:

7.2. The 6 Months Esports Pass reflects a 30% discount compared to the monthly price.

7.3. The 12 Months Esports Pass reflects a 50% discount compared to the monthly price.

7.4. Prices may be changed from time to time. Price changes apply only to new purchases, unless otherwise clearly stated.

7.5. Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, Esports Passes are fixed-term digital access products and do not automatically renew.

7.6. If ESVO introduces automatic renewal, subscription billing, or recurring payments in the future, such terms will be clearly stated before purchase and will require separate User acceptance where required by law.

8. Payment

8.1. Prices on the Website are shown in euros (EUR), unless stated otherwise.

8.2. Available payment methods may include bank card, PayPal, Stripe, cryptocurrency payment providers, bank transfer, or other payment methods indicated on the Website.

8.3. Payment providers may apply their own terms, fees, restrictions, verification requirements, and processing rules.

8.4. ESVO is not responsible for payment delays, account restrictions, blocked transactions, failed payments, chargebacks, third-party payment provider limitations, or other issues caused by third-party payment systems.

8.5. ESVO may refuse, cancel, suspend, or reverse an order where:

  • payment is not received or confirmed;

  • fraud or abuse is suspected;

  • chargeback abuse is suspected;

  • incorrect information is provided;

  • provision of the Service is objectively impossible;

  • legal or payment provider restrictions apply;

  • the User violates these Terms or tournament rules.

8.6. If ESVO refuses to fulfil an order after receiving payment, ESVO will refund the received amount within a reasonable time, unless applicable law or these Terms permit otherwise.

9. Digital Delivery, Pass Code and PIN Code

9.1. After purchasing an Esports Pass, the User may receive a digital Esports Pass code and a PIN code or other access credentials.

9.2. Delivery may be made by email, website display, user dashboard, or another digital method indicated by ESVO.

9.3. The Pass Code and PIN Code are confidential.

9.4. The User must not share, resell, transfer, publish, distribute, or disclose the Pass Code or PIN Code to unauthorized persons.

9.5. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the Pass Code, PIN Code, account credentials, email access, and related access information.

9.6. ESVO may suspend, invalidate, replace, or revoke an Esports Pass, Pass Code, or PIN Code if ESVO reasonably suspects:

  • fraud;

  • unauthorized resale;

  • unauthorized sharing;

  • account sharing;

  • payment dispute;

  • chargeback abuse;

  • code theft;

  • technical misuse;

  • breach of these Terms;

  • breach of tournament rules.

10. Consumer Right of Withdrawal and Digital Products

10.1. If the User is a Consumer, the User may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within the legally prescribed period, unless a legal exception applies.

10.2. The User acknowledges that an Esports Pass is supplied as a digital access product.

10.3. Before completing a purchase, the User may be required to expressly confirm that:

  • the User requests immediate delivery and activation of the digital Esports Pass;

  • the User understands that the Pass Code and PIN Code may be delivered immediately after purchase;

  • the User understands that once digital delivery and/or activation has started, the right of withdrawal may be lost to the extent permitted by applicable law;

  • the User understands that the Esports Pass is non-refundable once the digital access code and PIN code have been delivered and/or activated, unless a refund is required by applicable law.

10.4. If the User does not provide the required confirmation, ESVO may refuse immediate delivery or activation of the Esports Pass.

10.5. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Refunds

11.1. Because Esports Passes and related ESVO access features are digital products, refunds are not provided after the Pass Code and/or PIN Code has been delivered, activated, used, shared, transferred, or made available to the User, unless a refund is required by applicable law.

11.2. ESVO may provide a refund where:

  • a refund is mandatory under applicable law;

  • duplicate payment occurred;

  • ESVO failed to deliver the purchased digital product;

  • a technical error caused by ESVO prevents access and cannot reasonably be fixed;

  • ESVO cancels the Service before access is provided;

  • ESVO determines that a refund is appropriate in the specific circumstances.

11.3. Refund requests must be sent to:

11.4. The User must provide sufficient information to identify the purchase, account, transaction, email address, Esports Pass plan, and reason for the refund request.

11.5. ESVO may refuse refund requests where the Esports Pass has already been delivered, activated, used, shared, transferred, abused, or where the request is inconsistent with applicable law or ESVO rules.

12. Skill-Based Esports Competitions

12.1. ESVO tournaments and competitions are intended to be skill-based esports competitions.

12.2. Tournament results are determined by player performance, team performance, match outcomes, published tournament rules, fair play rules, and administrative decisions made in accordance with the applicable tournament rules.

12.3. ESVO tournaments are not intended to operate as lotteries, gambling, betting, wagering, games of chance, random prize draws, or financial speculation products.

12.4. Unless expressly stated otherwise in official tournament rules:

  • prizes are awarded based on competitive results;

  • winners are determined by skill-based gameplay and tournament performance;

  • ESVO does not offer betting, odds, wagering, casino games, or stake-based gambling;

  • ESVO does not accept bets from Users;

  • ESVO does not allow Users to place wagers on match results;

  • ESVO does not award paid-entry prizes by random selection;

  • ESVO does not organize random prize draws where a paid purchase is required to win.

12.5. Each tournament may have its own rules, format, registration procedure, eligibility conditions, prize structure, deadlines, dispute process, and fair play requirements.

12.6. By participating in an ESVO tournament, the User agrees to follow the applicable tournament rules.

13. Prize Eligibility

13.1. Some ESVO tournaments or events may offer prizes.

13.2. Prizes may include:

  • cryptocurrency rewards;

  • PayPal payouts;

  • in-game rewards;

  • vouchers;

  • physical goods;

  • sponsor-provided rewards;

  • other prize types announced by ESVO.

13.3. Prize eligibility may depend on:

  • valid tournament registration;

  • possession of a valid Esports Pass, where required;

  • compliance with tournament rules;

  • compliance with fair play rules;

  • compliance with age and residency requirements;

  • successful player identity, account, or payment verification, where required;

  • accurate submission of payout details;

  • absence of cheating, fraud, match fixing, account sharing, abuse, or rule violations;

  • administrative confirmation by ESVO.

13.4. Users without an active Esports Pass may be eligible only for limited prize categories, such as in-game rewards, if such rewards are available under the applicable tournament rules.

13.5. The exact prize structure, prize type, payout method, payout schedule, and eligibility requirements will be published separately for each relevant tournament, season, or event.

13.6. ESVO reserves the right to withhold, cancel, modify, substitute, or reallocate prizes where required due to:

  • rule violations;

  • fraud;

  • cheating;

  • technical issues;

  • sponsor limitations;

  • legal restrictions;

  • payment provider restrictions;

  • force majeure;

  • incorrect payout details;

  • unresolved disputes;

  • other legitimate operational reasons.

14. Cryptocurrency Prizes

14.1. ESVO may award cryptocurrency prizes in selected tournaments or events.

14.2. Cryptocurrency prizes are not financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, trade, or use any digital asset.

14.3. ESVO is not a cryptocurrency exchange, broker, wallet provider, custodian, investment service provider, financial adviser, or regulated financial services provider.

14.4. Cryptocurrency transactions may involve risks, including but not limited to:

  • price volatility;

  • network fees;

  • transaction delays;

  • irreversible transfers;

  • incorrect wallet addresses;

  • third-party wallet restrictions;

  • exchange restrictions;

  • regulatory restrictions;

  • loss of access to wallets or accounts.

14.5. Users are solely responsible for providing accurate cryptocurrency wallet details where applicable.

14.6. ESVO is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect wallet addresses, incompatible networks, third-party wallet failures, exchange restrictions, blockchain delays, network fees, user error, or loss of wallet access.

14.7. Where a cryptocurrency prize is described in EUR or another fiat currency equivalent, the final cryptocurrency amount may depend on the exchange rate, timing, payment method, transaction fees, and administrative rules published for the relevant tournament.

15. PayPal Payouts

15.1. ESVO may offer PayPal payouts for selected prizes where available.

15.2. PayPal payouts are subject to:

  • PayPal account availability;

  • PayPal terms and policies;

  • user eligibility;

  • country and regional restrictions;

  • age restrictions;

  • identity verification;

  • payment provider compliance checks;

  • applicable law.

15.3. ESVO is not responsible for PayPal account limitations, PayPal account closures, payment holds, payment delays, chargebacks, third-party payment restrictions, or User ineligibility to receive PayPal payments.

15.4. If a User is not legally eligible to receive PayPal payouts, ESVO may require an alternative lawful payout method or the involvement of a parent or legal guardian where the winner is a minor.

16. Minors and Parental Consent

16.1. ESVO may allow minors to participate in esports competitions, provided that participation is permitted under applicable law and under the relevant tournament rules.

16.2. Users under the age of 18 may participate only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian where such consent is required by law or by ESVO rules.

16.3. Users under the age of 18 may not purchase an Esports Pass, receive PayPal payouts, receive cryptocurrency payouts, or claim certain real-world prizes directly unless permitted by applicable law and accepted by ESVO.

16.4. Where a minor wins a prize, ESVO may require:

  • parent or legal guardian consent;

  • verification of the parent or legal guardian;

  • confirmation of legal eligibility;

  • alternative lawful payout arrangements;

  • additional documentation before prize delivery.

16.5. ESVO reserves the right to refuse, delay, or modify prize delivery where the winner is a minor and ESVO cannot verify lawful prize delivery conditions.

17. Fair Play and Integrity

17.1. ESVO may enforce fair play and integrity rules to protect the competitive environment.

17.2. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

  • cheating;

  • use of unauthorized software;

  • use of prohibited modifications;

  • account sharing;

  • smurfing where prohibited;

  • impersonation;

  • false account information;

  • fraudulent registration;

  • intentional match manipulation;

  • match fixing;

  • win trading;

  • harassment;

  • abuse of technical errors;

  • abuse of tournament systems;

  • unauthorized resale or sharing of Esports Pass codes;

  • violation of tournament rules;

  • violation of applicable game rules or platform rules.

17.3. ESVO may investigate suspected violations and may impose penalties, including:

  • warnings;

  • match forfeits;

  • point deductions;

  • ranking removal;

  • disqualification;

  • suspension;

  • permanent ban;

  • prize withholding;

  • prize cancellation;

  • removal from tournaments;

  • invalidation of Esports Pass benefits.

17.4. ESVO decisions regarding fair play, tournament integrity, rule enforcement, rankings, and prize eligibility may be final unless a specific appeal process is provided in the applicable tournament rules.

18. Tournament Rules

18.1. Each ESVO tournament may be governed by separate tournament rules.

18.2. Tournament rules may include:

  • tournament format;

  • registration requirements;

  • match schedule;

  • region restrictions;

  • team size;

  • map pool;

  • battle mode;

  • match reporting procedure;

  • dispute procedure;

  • prize distribution;

  • Esports Pass eligibility;

  • fair play requirements;

  • deadlines;

  • administrative decisions.

18.3. If there is a conflict between these Terms and specific tournament rules, the specific tournament rules will apply to the tournament-specific matter, unless such rules conflict with mandatory law.

19. No Gambling, Betting or Investment Activity

19.1. ESVO does not provide gambling, betting, wagering, casino games, lottery services, games of chance, financial trading, investment services, cryptocurrency investment services, or any regulated financial product.

19.2. Users must not use ESVO to:

  • place bets;

  • organize betting pools;

  • wager money, cryptocurrency, items, skins, accounts, or other value on match outcomes;

  • manipulate matches for financial gain;

  • participate in match fixing;

  • sell or transfer prize eligibility without authorization;

  • use ESVO competitions as a substitute for gambling, betting, or speculative financial activity.

19.3. Any User found engaging in betting, match fixing, collusion, fraudulent activity, or abuse of ESVO systems may be disqualified, suspended, banned, removed from rankings, denied prizes, and/or reported where appropriate.

20. Intellectual Property

20.1. All ESVO website materials, structure, design, texts, logos, methods, rankings, layouts, graphics, platform features, and ESVO-created content are protected by intellectual property laws.

20.2. The User receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use ESVO Services solely for personal and tournament-related use, subject to these Terms.

20.3. The User must not copy, distribute, resell, publicly share, scrape, reproduce, modify, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit ESVO materials or digital products without ESVO’s prior written permission.

20.4. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of ESVO intellectual property to the User.

21. Third-Party Services and External Links

21.1. The Website may contain links or references to third-party websites, platforms, payment providers, cryptocurrency exchanges, digital wallets, game services, social media pages, Discord servers, sponsors, advertisers, partners, or other external services.

21.2. Such third-party services are not controlled by ESVO.

21.3. ESVO is not responsible for:

  • third-party content;

  • third-party terms and policies;

  • third-party payment systems;

  • third-party account restrictions;

  • third-party service interruptions;

  • cryptocurrency exchange restrictions;

  • wallet provider failures;

  • payment provider delays;

  • losses caused by third-party platforms;

  • User decisions made outside ESVO.

21.4. Users should review the terms, privacy policies, risk notices, and legal conditions of any third-party service before using it.

22. Taxes and Reporting Obligations

22.1. Users are responsible for any taxes, duties, declarations, reporting obligations, or other legal obligations that may apply to prizes, rewards, cryptocurrency payments, PayPal payouts, or other benefits received through ESVO activities.

22.2. ESVO may request information reasonably necessary to process prizes, verify eligibility, comply with applicable law, prevent fraud, or respond to lawful requests from competent authorities.

22.3. ESVO does not provide tax advice.

23. Personal Data

23.1. ESVO processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

23.2. Personal data may be processed for purposes including:

  • account management;

  • Esports Pass delivery;

  • tournament administration;

  • prize verification;

  • payment processing;

  • fraud prevention;

  • support;

  • legal compliance;

  • platform security;

  • communication with Users.

23.3. Users should read the Privacy Policy before using ESVO Services, purchasing an Esports Pass, registering for tournaments, submitting payout details, or claiming prizes.

24. Platform Availability and Changes

24.1. ESVO does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Website, tournaments, rankings, statistics, Esports Pass features, payment systems, payout systems, or related Services.

24.2. ESVO may update, modify, suspend, restrict, discontinue, or remove any part of the Platform, including:

  • tournaments;

  • rankings;

  • statistics;

  • Esports Pass features;

  • prize structures;

  • payout methods;

  • user accounts;

  • access codes;

  • PIN codes;

  • Website functionality;

  • regional availability.

24.3. ESVO may make such changes for operational, technical, legal, security, financial, integrity, compliance, or business reasons.

24.4. Where reasonable, ESVO may notify Users of material changes. Urgent changes may be made without prior notice where necessary to protect the Platform, Users, tournament integrity, security, or legal compliance.

25. Limitation of Liability

25.1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ESVO is not liable for:

  • indirect losses;

  • loss of profit;

  • loss of opportunity;

  • loss of rankings;

  • loss of tournament eligibility;

  • loss of data;

  • technical failures;

  • server downtime;

  • payment provider issues;

  • PayPal restrictions;

  • cryptocurrency transaction errors;

  • blockchain delays;

  • network fees;

  • third-party service failures;

  • game publisher actions;

  • User account bans or restrictions imposed by third parties;

  • incorrect User-submitted information;

  • force majeure events;

  • sponsor delays or failures;

  • errors in publicly available game data or API data;

  • unauthorized use of Esports Pass codes or PIN codes caused by User negligence.

25.2. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

26. Force Majeure

26.1. ESVO is not responsible for failure or delay caused by events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • server outages;

  • cyberattacks;

  • payment provider failures;

  • blockchain network issues;

  • game server outages;

  • Wargaming service interruptions;

  • internet failures;

  • legal restrictions;

  • regulatory changes;

  • war;

  • civil unrest;

  • natural disasters;

  • strikes;

  • sponsor failure;

  • other force majeure events.

27. Complaints, Inquiries and Disputes

27.1. Complaints and inquiries must be submitted to:

support@esvo.gg

27.2. The User should provide:

  • full name;

  • email address;

  • order details;

  • transaction details, where applicable;

  • tournament name, where applicable;

  • description of the issue;

  • supporting evidence, where applicable.

27.3. ESVO will review complaints within a reasonable time.

27.4. If the User is a Consumer and the dispute cannot be resolved directly with ESVO, the User may have the right to contact the competent consumer protection authority. In Lithuania, consumer disputes are handled by the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority. VVTAT states that the consumer should first address the seller or service provider in writing, and if the seller fails to satisfy the request, satisfies it only partly, or does not reply within 14 days, the consumer may apply to VVTAT for out-of-court dispute resolution.

27.5. The former European Commission Online Dispute Resolution platform should not be referenced as an active complaint channel, because it was discontinued on 20 July 2025.

28. Governing Law

28.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

28.2. Any disputes shall be handled in accordance with applicable Lithuanian and European Union law, unless mandatory law requires another jurisdiction or dispute resolution mechanism.

29. Changes to These Terms

29.1. ESVO may amend these Terms from time to time.

29.2. The updated version becomes effective on the date it is published on the Website, unless stated otherwise.

29.3. Continued use of the Website or Services after publication of updated Terms means that the User acknowledges the updated Terms.

29.4. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
